Tessa grew up on a generational farm in Alberta. She didn’t grow up learning to talk about hard work, she grew up doing it. That’s still how she operates today, for every single client.

She moved to Calgary in 2007, fulfilling a long-held dream, earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta, and spent years in data analytics at Safeway Canada’s corporate headquarters. She understands numbers, and she uses that understanding to price homes correctly and negotiate from strength.

As a second-generation realtor, co-founder of Blair & Co. Advertising, and a Sotheby’s International Realty professional, she brings something most agents can’t offer: the full package. Strategy, marketing, community knowledge, and genuine care for the people she works with.

Growing up on a farm in Alberta taught Tessa that the work either gets done or it doesn’t. There’s no in-between. That ethic followed her through university, through her analytics career at Safeway, and into real estate. When she found Lake Bonavista she stopped looking. The lake, the schools, the community, it was everything she’d been searching for. She’s been a resident since 2012 and she’s raised her kids on the water. She isn’t just selling the lifestyle. She’s living it. Her husband Steve co-founded Blair & Co., a boutique advertising agency that specialises in real estate marketing. When Tessa lists your home, she brings 25 years of real estate marketing expertise to the campaign. That’s not something you find at most agencies.
